This website is operated by Layerform Collective LLC. Throughout this website, the terms “Layerform,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Layerform Collective LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, content, and related features. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using the website, you represent that:

2. Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, intellectual-property concerns, payment disputes, abusive conduct, pricing errors, or violations of these terms.

Products may not be purchased or used for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not transmit malicious code, interfere with website operation, scrape protected content, bypass security features, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, including their:

Assembly requirements
Production times
Intended uses
Limitations

However, product colors may appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen calibration, material batches, manufacturing runs, and surface finish.

Measurements are approximate unless specifically identified as exact. Small dimensional differences may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Additively manufactured products may show layer lines, seams, texture changes, minor sheen variation, or other characteristics associated with the production method. These characteristics are not automatically defects.

We reserve the right to revise product designs, materials, internal construction, hardware, packaging, or manufacturing methods when the change does not materially reduce the advertised function or quality.

4. Manufacturing Methods

Layerform is a product design and manufacturing company and is not limited to one manufacturing process.

Products may be manufactured using additive manufacturing, machining, molding, extrusion, casting, fabrication, purchased components, contract manufacturing, hand assembly, or a combination of processes.

The manufacturing method may change as a product evolves, provided the finished product continues to meet our standards for quality, appearance, function, and customer experience.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change prices at any time without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except when the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical or clerical error.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges unless specifically stated.

Discount codes:

Must be used before checkout is completed.
Cannot be applied retroactively unless we agree otherwise.
May have expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchases, or usage limits.
May not be combined unless specifically permitted.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, begin production, or ship it. We may cancel or limit an order when:

The product is unavailable.
Payment cannot be verified.
The order appears fraudulent.
There is a material pricing or listing error.
The shipping address cannot be serviced.
The order violates licensing, intellectual-property, safety, or legal restrictions.
The customer has engaged in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion.

7. Made-to-Order Products

Many Layerform products are made to order or produced in small batches.

Estimated production times are stated on the relevant product page. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Production estimates may be affected by:

Order volume
Product configuration
Material availability
Hardware availability
Quality-control results
Equipment maintenance
Customization
Customer approval delays
Events outside our reasonable control

We will contact you if a material delay affects your order and provide available options.

8. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products may require:

A design fee
A deposit
Customer-supplied measurements
Artwork or photographs
Digital proof approval
Additional production time
Limits on revisions
Separate written terms

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, measurements, colors, layout, images, and other details shown in a proof.

Approval authorizes production based on the approved information.

Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned because of a change in preference or an error contained in customer-approved information. This does not affect remedies available for verified manufacturing defects, damage, or a Layerform production error.

9. Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting photographs, logos, names, text, trademarks, artwork, or other content, you represent that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
You authorize Layerform to reproduce it for your order.
Its use does not infringe another person’s rights.
The content is lawful and does not contain prohibited material.

You remain responsible for customer-supplied content.

We may refuse content involving unlawful activity, intellectual-property infringement, hate, harassment, threats, explicit exploitation, deception, or other material we consider inappropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Layerform, including:

Logos
Brand names
Product designs
CAD files
Manufacturing files
Graphics
Photographs
Videos
Written copy
Instructions
Packaging
Website layouts
Product names
Design systems

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, CAD file, production file, trademark, copyright, trade dress, manufacturing method, or other intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial products from Layerform content or designs without written permission.

Products incorporating licensed third-party designs remain subject to the applicable license and rights of the original owner.

11. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for reviewing and following all:

Product instructions
Assembly directions
Installation requirements
Care instructions
Age guidance
Electrical requirements
Weight limitations
Safety warnings

Do not use a product for a purpose not described in the listing or instructions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Layerform products should not be assumed to be:

Toys
Food-contact approved
Dishwasher-safe
Microwave-safe
Oven-safe
Heatproof
Fireproof
Weatherproof
Load-bearing safety equipment
Suitable for unsupervised use by children

Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, unstable, unusually hot, electrically unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

12. Electrical Products

Use only the power source, voltage, bulb, battery, controller, light kit, or electrical component specified for the product.

Layerform is not responsible for damage caused by:

Incompatible power supplies
Modified wiring
Incorrect voltage
Water exposure
Unauthorized repairs
Higher-powered replacement components
Use outside the product’s instructions

Disconnect electrical products immediately if you observe smoke, sparks, exposed wiring, burning odor, unusual heat, or repeated malfunction.

13. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Risk of loss may pass according to applicable law and the selected carrier’s terms. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, and Warranty

Return and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns and Cancellations Policy, including the return window, shipping responsibility, fees, and final-sale exclusions.

Eligible products may also be covered by the separate Layerform Limited Warranty. Final-sale status does not remove warranty coverage for verified manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include services, applications, payment processors, carriers, social platforms, embedded content, or links operated by third parties.

We do not control every third-party service and are not responsible for its independent policies, content, availability, security, or conduct.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

16. Reviews and Submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, testimonial, comment, or other non-confidential material, you grant Layerform permission to use, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, publish, and display that material for business and marketing purposes.

We will not intentionally alter a review in a way that materially changes its meaning.

You represent that your submission:

Is truthful.
Relates to your genuine experience.
Does not infringe another person’s rights.
Does not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, or deceptive content.

We may remove content that violates these standards.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content to:
